When you go out of your home, you see a number of sources of information ( or distractions). As a driver you need to be careful and aware of your surroundings. Your environment may include signs, posters, billboards, shops, on road-offers and other “informative” sources. This all contributes to disorientation of you as driver and others as Pedestrians.

This information overload can be disastrous when you are driving or crossing the road. To minimize visual clutter, “Mobius Strip Lamp” was designed. Mobius Strip Lamp integrates road signals for vehicles, pedestrians and a street lamp as one.
This striking design has vehicle signals as horizontal display panel with built in countdown timer showing remaining time. The street lamp is placed in such a way that it helps both pedestrians and cars. On the vertical pole, there are signs of pedestrians.
Hopefully we will have better visibility and lesser clutter of external information by making it more centralized. This technology will help pedestrians and drivers alike, by changing the way we know road signals today.
